How long does it take to get my new glasses?

The standard processing time for a pair of prescription glasses is 4-7 days , including a thorough quality check to ensure there are no defects. For certain custom lenses , processing may take 7-14 days before collection.

What is your warranty policy?

• 31-Day Power Warranty, ff you face discomfort adjusting to new lenses within 21 days, we’ll troubleshoot and replace them for free if needed.

Can I bring in my own frames to have lenses fitted?

Yes! You can bring your own frames to our stores and we’ll fit them with new lenses.
